He has been a successful cyclist since he was 11 years old, having won races in Ireland and Australia.
Owen's personal journey includes a remarkable recovery from a major back surgery, accomplished within a mere six-month period.

He is a member of The Irish Massage Therapist’s Association. He is covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
As well as training and working in the field of neuromuscular therapy Owen is passionate about cycling and running. He has completed marathons in Dublin, Boston and Berlin in record times. His fastest times for a full marathon have been 2hrs 54mins, for a half marathon 1hr 18mins, 10k 35mins, 5k 16mins 30sec. As a result, he has lots of experience in how to achieve peak performance and will gladly share his tips on diet, exercise and well being.
